Claire Lloyd
Claire manages the team at Festivals House and works with our members on a wide range of issues such a child licensing issues, safeguarding and insurance.
Claire works closely with our Board of Trustees, Adjudicators Council and Festivals Council to plan and deliver areas of strategic development.
Claire manages the day-to-day operations at Festivals House and is on hand to deal with member queries on a wide range of issues affecting the festival community.
Fay Hayward
Fay is our Finance Officer and is our first point of contact for queries about membership payments, invoices and other finance enquiries.
Fay can assist with queries about membership subscription, insurance payments, copyright fees or any other finance-related issues that you may have.
Michelle Shore
Michelle is the lead on a review of our membership structure, membership benefits and new member recruitment processes. Her role will also lead on the expansion of potential member benefits through contact with relevant partner organisations to increase our membership offer.
Michelle also reviews new festival applications and provides support to our members on a wide range of different areas.
Kirsten Beveridge
Kirsten provides administrative support to our members and the Festivals House team.
Kirsten also promotes the work of the charity through our social media, website, and newsletters.
