At over 120 years old, Chipping Norton Music Festival is a non-competitive festival with classes in Piano, Vocals, Speech & Drama, Strings, Woodwind & Brass, Ensembles, Folk and Guitar.

In addition to the classes that are professionally adjudicated, we have a series of concerts over the two weeks. These include Tom Poster and Elena Urioste, The North Cotswold Chamber Choir, The Adderbury Ensemble featuring Viv McLean, and a Family concert with professional players led by members of the Adderbury Ensemble. In the Family Concert, they will be highlighting the role of orchestra and conductor in the first half with suitable musical examples. The second half features a performance of Peter and the Wolf conducted by Ben Goodall and narrated by Sarah Mortimer. This is a real 'Chippy' collaboration — come on your own, bring the family – its open to all ages – and there will be cake!
