Process

Watch our short video about the online festival here

Our entrants will be purchasing their entry tickets via Eventbrite (a commonly used ticketing platform) by the End of 30th September 2020 and from there they will be sent a code for upload to a folder on Google Classrooms (basically a well organised and labelled online storage device).   Closing date for doing such is the 11th October 2020.

All uploaded videos will only be viewed by the adjudicator through a secure online platform and the festival team for the purposes of processing the entry.

For a competitor to take part they must first decide in which classes they wish to participate.

Next visit Eventbrite using this link Eventbrite Link

On the opening page there is a button to the right - ‘Tickets’

Click on the button and it will bring up a list of the available classes and the appropriate information for the class.

Each Class states the cost to enter and a small admin fee imposed by Eventbrite.

When you choose your classes and add the tickets to the basket the space at the right will give a running total.

To finalise the entries please go to PAY.

You will then be asked to give the details you would normally give on the entry form for each class, e.g. Name of piece, author, publisher etc.

You will also be asked to confirm that you are over 16yrs or the parent or guardian of a competitor under 16yrs.

You will, by sending in your entry be confirming your entry to the festival and you will not be entitled to a refund should you change your mind or fail to upload your video for competition.

The entry will be transferred to the Festival Team who will email the competitor with details of how to upload the video and issue a code to do this on Google Classrooms.

Entries close on 30th September. There will not be an opportunity to enter after that date.

PLEASE READ THE EVENTBRITE PAGE CAREFULLY
