BIFF Dance Adjudicator Application
Thank for your interest in applying to become a BIFF Dance Adjudicator.
Before you begin, please read the full application process here.
Please complete the application form below. Please note: You will receive an acknowledgement message once your application has successfully been submitted. Please ensure that all required fields are completed before you submit your form.
You will need to submit the following along with your application:
1. Your CV, which should include the following information:
- Employment history
- Examination and adjudication experience
- Qualifications
- Relevant subject specific CPD training and dates
- Festival experience
2. A personal statement which includes detailed information of:
- Areas of specialism and expertise
- Key personal attributes
- Relevant subject specific experience
- Overview of previous festival experience
- Any other information you feel would support your application.
3. A short video (approx 3 mins long) outlining why you are interested in becoming a BIFF Adjudicator and what you feel that you can bring to the role. The maximum size for the video is 50MB so you have the option to submit a link or send via WeTransfer if needed.
4. Names of 3 people we can contact for references. Your references should have a professional standing within the Arts sector e.g. former teachers, mentors, school principal, director of a college, BIFF festival organisers, fellow dance teachers, etc.
Please note: Assessment for shortlisting is made against key criteria based solely on the documents and videos received.
