Nelson Dance Festival (Cecil Bateson Memorial) is a well-attended and popular festival. Our 2026 festival is an All England Dance Qualifying Festival, with first priority for entries being given to dance schools/individuals who attended our last festival, and local dancers. The closing date is 1st December or when we have reached full capacity, whichever comes first. Non-priority dance schools and individuals will be given access to the booking system by 1st November 2025 if there are still vacancies.
