Dance Adjudicator Application Process
BIFF Dance Adjudicator Application Process
The new adjudicator assessment process is divided into the following stages. Each stage is assessed by our adjudicator panel.
- Application shortlisting
- Online interview (this could be fast tracked for All England Dance Adjudicators)
- Online mock adjudications
- Live festival shadow visits and adjudications
You will receive all the information you need at each stage of the application process.
If you are successful, you will become a BIFF Associate member and at this stage a £95 Associate Membership fee is payable. This period should last no more than one year and during this time you are expected to undertake at least one standardisation and moderation session and CPD training before becoming a full BIFF member. Associate membership should be seen as an opportunity to gather ‘on the job’ training and guidance will be provided.
You will be listed on as a BIFF Associate Member on our online directory and can be engaged to adjudicate at BIFF festivals during this period.
