BIFF's 2026 Conference will take place over 2 days from Saturday, 10th October to Sunday, 11th October. We are delighted that the venue will once again be the Warwick University Conference Centre situated on the University's leafy Coventry campus.
Conference this year is offered as a non-residential package only. You can book for either one or two days and your booking will include conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunches but will not include accommodation. This means that you have the flexibility to choose your own accommodation to meet your own needs and preferences - please see below for more information about booking your accommodation.

Booking your accommodation
If would like the convenience of booking a bedroom on-site, you can book your accommodation directly with venue. We have secured a discounted rate for BIFF members. The rates are as follows:
- £102.00 per room, per night B&B for single occupancy
- £132.00 per room, per night B&B for double/twin occupancy

Alternatively, you may wish to stay off-site. Coventry City Centre has a wide range of hotels including Premier Inn, Ramada and Village Hotels within around 15-20 minutes drive from the venue.
