The Chris Treglown Award 2025 will be taking place in Tetbury on the 6th April 2025.
The fund was setup by the parents of Chris Treglown, in memory of their late son. Chris was a beautiful young baritone who had been had been working with BIFF adjudicator, Maria Jagusz, and hoping to pursue a career in singing.
Over the past twelve years the fund has provided performing opportunities and awards of £1000 and £500 for young singers aged between 16 -28 years. The finals will be held at Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre on the 6th April 2025. It is open to both classical and musical theatre singers. (There is a separate award later in the year for Cornish singers)
